The criss cross on the bokeh is a bit distracting, but the eagle itself is very nicely in focus and the shot's composed well.

Interesting subject, focus is a bit soft and levels should be adjusted to make this pop a bit more...also watch out for highlights when you expose; try to not lose details in your whites!

Sharp! I like it. Great use of DOF too. The natural light played in your favor as there are no harsh shadows or blown out areas.
