Very neat shot. Could you not (or did you not want to) burn in the skyline somewhat? With the rich ddep contrast of the forefront, the washed out skyline doesn't fit. BOL. 7

Slightly on the soft side, and a bit over exposed, but I like the composition broken down into 3 areas, the binoculars, the benches, and the city. It's very effective.
