 He looks barely old enough to have his licence but here he is, graduated to the grown up world and probably feeling very pleased with himself.

This was just a street snapshot which I have tried Joey Lawrence's background technique as explained in his "Street Santa". The technique creates an OOF background to ping the point of interest.

I'm not 100% happy with it yet, but am pleased at having learned a new skill, now I have to perfect it.
