 Rochester monaca bridge, shot in Raw.
WB, convert to JPG, USM, NI,
curves, clone out a couple of hot pixels, channel mixer adjustment to mimic velvia film, up the sat in hue/sat. Resize, flatten. USM, high pass pin light blend.

Much livelier and more colorful than the capture. perhaps too blue now, but i think that is only noticeable when seen next to it.

Very nice shot, I like the gradient in the sky and it's exposed well, giving detail in the shadows and not blowing out the highlights.
