This doesn't at all seem to represent "city life," and it's really not even a good photograph (sorry if that's harsh). It's way too dark, and the windows don't seem to engage me at all.
the quality on this shot is really low... its very noisy/grainy and i can hardly tell wat is going on here. you have the eye, this could make a really neat shot with the right technique
The composition needs a little work. The subject matter could have been better. The image quality is a little below average. Could have been a little more creative. - 3
Interesting title - I guess one window looks like stained glass. It's a very dark image, but it doesn't "speak" to me much. What message are you trying to convey with this image?
