I can see what you're trying to do. You definately have the motion blur here, but it doesn't really say speed as much as it says motion.

Cant decide if Im missing something here, but I just dont like it. Composition is OK, but the subject has nothing to do with speed, and its too bright. I like the feeling of dissonnace here.

Well there is not much speed in this picture just a blurry horse shakin his head And its all too blurry And the fence is disturbing. Anyway Good luck :)

The blur effect doesn't quite get across the idea of speed here. Very interesting outcome though.

Can't quite see what it is; a swinging horse head? I think there's too much light in the upper section. And either the horse or the fence has to be sharp in my opinion.

see what you were trying to do.. been better if just the head was blurred and not everything else as well
