I like the motion effects with the lights, however I think the exposure might've been just a little too long as its starting to get real hot where the heavy concentration of lights is.
Nice shot - you seem to be one of many people who visited a fairground. I like the duration of your shot - capturing a slice of the circle only is very effective. Good focus and exposure help make this an effective shot.
