Striking overall colour which captures a sultry mood, along with the movement of the fan - it's a pity about the dark patch (label?) on the light though.

The red seems very forced, and the middle blade feels too white and is taking away from the whole image.

Very noisy. Try NeatImage. Not a real strong feeling of speed, but definite motion, so it's at least close. Composition is a bit tight.
