I like how the water looks in this photo, although it doesnt have alot to do with speed, its still a cool picture.

Exposure on the water seems ok. There are just a couple of hot spots. The composition doesn't work for me, I get no sense of speed.

This is too defocused and the subject is too indistinct. You may have been better off keeping this smaller, too. Fast shutter speed in this kind of pic is better - freezing all the water in mid air, etc. [4]
