I really like this one, it really shows the fear in the child. My only suggestion would to make it a bit lighter...especially on the child's face. Other thanthat, good job! 8

Okay, this is dark and moody, although it doesn't really convey the fear. A little more light and sharper focus could have allowed you to better show the personal side of the phobia.

Very good idea and the expression on the child's face is perfect. It appears a little washed out to me though. I think some levels or curves could have given this image a lot more pop while still maintaining the darkness needed to demonstrate the meaning.

I think a complete tonal range, from pure white to pure black, might have helped you with this image
