Spider web is made from thread hung in a picture frame. Unfortunately, super glue doesn't work very well on polyester thread, so I had to do knot every intersection. It took me an hour to master the technique, and it still looks like the worse spider web, ever. Now I have an even greater appreciation for spiders.

Very confusing title - how is the spider conquered by fear of string when your trap is made of string so theoretically the spider won't go near it? Seems like quite an elaborate setup though, but I also don't get why the spools and scissors are in the pic. Technically excellent though! Good luck.
