Oddly I don't see this as shallow DOF. The whole image is in decent focus except the lower right corner.

Either this was shot as a really small jpeg, or post processing killed it. Too many jpeg atifacts, not to mention, too much DOF.

Great photo - I love the colors, your choice of subject - great reflection - excellent use of line. However, I can't score it well for this challenge because I don't see any shallow depth of field here - all the lines on the building (the black ones) are sharp. 5

Probably too much jpeg compression, there are many visible artifacts on the picture. It would have scored better if the picture was of a better quality.
