See now here is another example of not making use of the largest image you could here. Read in the "learn" section how to prepare images for challenges. It's just too small.
I think the background lets this shot down a bit. I cant tell but it looks like a door behind the person, I dont feel this adds anything to the shot. A closer crop on the person's face would also have shown more emotion.
