Doesn't meet the challenge. It would meet a perspective challenge but not the current one. Remember, you were trying to do the following: "Photograph something in such a way that it conveys a personal phobia or fear to the viewer. Try to make the viewer feel the emotion of the fear."
Not really getting any sense of fear or phobia from this image. The overexposed windows at the back are distracting. Mainly this just looks like a snapshot.
Well at least you admit there is no phobia depicted here so ya can't call me a challenge nazi when I say DNMC. Otherwise a very well composed and technically excellent photo.
