Composition and lighting are great in this picture. I think that DOF is a bit too shallow in this instance. I think having a bit more of the leave's close edge in focus would've helped.

SHallow depth of field, but it doesn't help the photograph as much as it simply throws it out of focus.

Nice idea, but DOF too shallow. I'd like to see at least the underside of the leaf in focus. I think it would also look better with more space around it.
