Appropriate image and title. Very nice action captured, too!

A very intense shot. No doubt that the ball is the center of attention here. 10

Great action shot! You caught the action at just the right moment!

that looks really painful!! Really good focus though, with the two players tack sharp and the rest faded into the background blur, keeps our attention on the action!

Excellent capture. 9. It looks like his leg is missing or sunk into the ground. No make that a 10.

I'm not a big sports fan, but this shot certainly helps me appreciate the effort and agility involved in this game. Great action shot!

Very awesome capture! And two 'B's to boot! :-P Love everything about this shot, the blurred players in the background add to the scene but don't try and steal the thunder from the action you captured. You must've been sitting quite close or have a really nice lens. Another action shot from Ridergal? In any case, one of my top 5 picks this week :)

What a fine piece of sports photography. You've captured this at such a great moment. Great focus and DOF and love the way my eyes are drawn to the ball. Well done

My favourite game. Excellent stop action. Very sharp, you've captured the players' expressions perfectly.

Great action shot I like the way you've captured both expressions

Superb action shot, but needs the title to make it fit the challenge. My first thought would have been 'football' rather than 'ball'. The dof is spot on. 8

Nice action shot with good focus and colours. Shame the main subject is so far off to the left, bit it's still good.

Ouch. that looks like it hurt.
