Big cheese lover myself - looks like a first-rate joint for it too. The composition is a bit busy for my taste and the poor little guy behind the counter gets lost, but I can't help liking the shot. It's fun, colorful, and makes me hungry!
Great shot; been there tons of times; their soup, especially the Italinan wedding and Pasta e Fagioli is great. I could go for a nice panini with prosciutto, nutty parmesan or some tangy sheep -reminiscent romano.
The shot creates nice bursts of color within a truly busy environment. It works well.
