i hope youre not getting plagued by the "not in focus" police. The silhouette is scrisp as starched sheets and the light is nicel diffused by the morning air. Personally i would have cropped out to the right of the right squad card and maybe cropped of the left squad car, as his lights are not adding to the mood as the other two cas do.

Oh I really like this picture. The way the guy is silhouetted with the smoke behind him and the lights coming through really makes the scene for me.
