Sorry, but the first thing I noticed was that the boy in orange looks like Pinochio. Another shot from a slight different angle would have fix his nose.

This is a nice perspective of city life... the iron security bars really add a nice touch to that theme as well. I like to get down on the level of children when I photograph them. You should give that a try :) = 7 - jmsetzler

Nice strong diags with the fence. Cropping hurt a little with the top and bottom. The bars with the spikes a nice contrast to children at play.
