Good contrast with blurred background. Nice.
Composition is good.
But this is about withering. Perhaps the photo could get more of that by loosing some colour.

Without the title, I'd never guess that this image had anything to do with the concept of "too late"

I think that bringing the background slightly more into focus would have made the image more interesting. Although, it is nicely composed, the grapes are in front of a haze and this makes them "less real" and almost unnatural.
