This looks like it could be the same gentleman from your photo "Up in Smoke", which is one of my all time DPChallenge favorites. He appears to be quite the entertaining character here, and everyone seems to really be enjoying his antics. And I tip my hat to anyone who can roll a cigarette with one hand!
This is my favorite of the series! The grainy sense of that one moment in time is captured perfectly. I like the "outside looking in" sense of it. The expressions of the people are wonderful.
