Unlike other pictures in this challenge that shows branches/twigs in the foreground, in your case they add up to the picture, instead of distracting. The colors are good and the sky is just great.

I like the dramatic tones and lighting to this, though I think cropping off the left half side, concentrating on the building, tank, tree above and bridge structure with surround light would problably more effective-- Good tonal quality.
