So being back at the beach for Thanksgiving break Zoomdak and I were quick to take some beach trips in hopes of some good picture taking times... I found this log, which was quite springy, and without too much trouble we were able to jump pretty high. I have never had so much fun taking pictures...
Crop
Curves
Color Balance (Blues)
Cloned out a few Birds in the background
Burned a tad
umm... my only regret is the horizon looks a little crooked... I'm sure I'll get a few comments on that... the water line is crooked, the horizon IS NOT, lol. I made certain.

Great finish Mr. Madhatter! The energy and punch of this shot can be felt. Cool work. This may be your top score in DPC? Look forward to more great shots upon your return to the coast.
8 - Like it. Good silhouette and movement capture and pose. Criticism; minor, but perhaps the title doesn't 'enhance' this as much as another may have, but your call. Perhaps a slightly tighter crop on the left, a little more texture (difficult and camera/lens dependent likely) in the foreground sand (especially using the footsteps, or not) and a slight tweaking of the colors (contrast issues likely), may have made this even better in my opinion. Not sure on the frame.
Love the bold action caught here. The figure leaps into the air and seems to escape the bonds of gravity as he/she hurls skyward. The pose of the figure is great for it conveys to me the idea of someone leaping with all their might. Love the hues and the brilliance of the sun seen bursting through the clouds.
