I really like the tonal qualities of this, especially the sky's contrast. I would have cropped some of bottom, perhaps cutting part of the large "stone" object on bottom left. The tones do suggest strong industrial feeling along with the bridge and smokestack.

I love this picture, I just wish it were a bit sharper around the rocks, but I still give it a ten.

I think this could look more extreme if the horizon wasn't right in the middle of the picture. I like the sky.
