Composition idea was good, but the focus needs to be sharper and probably beneficial to include at least the whole wheel. I don't get the 'night site' title, nor really the industrial connection. Sorry.
Too much noise reduction or over sharpening orsomething. . Looks like it is made out of putty. I think if the original is grainy, that might have been better than this.
Not to sound too harsh but this is just not interesting to look at. Also, the image is just not sharp although you've managed to oversharpen parts of it.
Photo is very blurry with poor quality. If you took this at night you need to use a higher ISO and use a tripod to compensate for the long shutter speed.
