Milk Processing Plant in the next town.
I am not sure what the guiding light is. It is in a number of shots I took over a 10 minute span where it moved from left to right over the shoot, so I conclude that it is a star.. It appears more prominent on the shorter exposure..
If this was a Members Challenge, I would clone out the distracting blown lights in the foreground, but as this is basic editing.........

I can't figure out what that is in the sky - must be the moon, a plane, or a star, but it doesn't look like any of those to me. Good sky otherwise - love the rich blue as well as the placement of the tower in the frame with the smoke to the left. The light in the lower right is pretty distracting.
