Lost too much of the image against the sun, I think. Plus I think if one focused on either the cranes (?) or the water & bridge rather than both would have helped the shot.
I like the overall composition and the sun reflections, though I'd probably crop some of the right side. The sun is so bright it may be a bit distracting from the whole image. Good sky texture also.
