I would give this one of my highest scores if the little bit of motion didn't make a few areas seem blurry. Great shot otherwise. Love the tone of the pic
Except for the slight blur, I think this shot is fantastic. The border isn't necessary, but it's okay. If it wasn't as soft as it is, it would be in my top 5. Great job.
Laid back... relaxed... happy... all elements of a strong image of rural life. He looks like a hard working man. A hard day's work is usually a part of life in the country. The straw in his mouth really adds a nice element here as well. The toning also lends itself nicely to the mood of the image. This photo definitely gets a 10. My only complaing is that I would rather see it larger to accent some of the detail of the environment here... great work...
Very nice shot! This really has character. Very well put together since everything looks authenic. The lighting is suberb. Only problem I have is that it seems a little OOF. 8 Good luck in the challenge.
