The state flower of Louisiana and Mississippi, the beautiful Magnolia. This is my mother's collection. She was born and raised in Louisiana.
This is not even close to her complete collection.
The beautiful flower can be seen throughout her house.

ba dump dump! ; )
like the composition, would like to see sharper focus and stronger lighting so that the shape and detail pop out more.

Nice composition, but I'd like to see more details. May be the lighting must be a bit... lighter (?)

A better angle would have made me want to steal a magnolia.

Good use of lighting here, makes the collection look aged.

Nice arrangement, lighting, and reasonable DOF, although more would be better to reduce the amount of out-of-focus foreground.

your title is lame, but i like your choice of subject. it's a bit grainy and that black in the top corner is somewhat misfortunate... 5
