 Taken at sunset with the road sign in front of the sun.

Curves, unsharp mask, selective color. Dodge/burn, sponge tool, adjustment layers, etc to remove small lights on the dark parts of the shot.

there is a little to much sky in this photo, and the forground is not really interesting, I like the sun behind the sign. That is a nice touch. If there was a car moving down the road and a slow shutter speed to leave a trail of lights. That would be cool.

The lack of detail in the foreground makes this a bland picture. Maybe a bit of fill flash could have helped?

Great capture. Nice reflection off retaining/guard wall. Too bad mother nature hadn't put a few clouds in the sky for added reflection. Good job!!
