Doesn't really say adulthood to me without the title. Having said that it is a little too blue for me, but the flags are a nice touch they bring some contrast in shape and colour
Your photo seems a bit on the blue side of the spectrum (although you may have done that intentionally?) Seems a bit of a stretch to fit the challenge, but that's just me.
in terms of composition, the photo is not that exciting to me. however, the hour of day really lends an extrordinary blue cast to the photo, which is interesting.
Too dark and oversaturated for my taste. Also this photo doesn´t have any meaning for me without the title as you can´t make out what the flag says, next time I would find an angle that will show what the flag says since that is the main point of your image. Gave this a 4.
