I'm not sure what's the "odd" element here. Is it because the model is happy? Or the thumbs up? Or just because she's there. I gave it a 3 because of the uncertainty in the shot. I could be wrong and not be observative enough though. I do like the focus on the model though, looks good on her.

Different background would be better, and you could focus the shot more. The glare on the glasses also bother me
