should have just called it "fixer upper" like it says, i think that's the best thing about this photo and you should have zoomed in on that as your subject.
Composition: Nice shade and background.. Needs rotating slightly CW. Did you try a pic not face on?
Technical: Nice crisp pic and great colour. It looks a little over-sharpened?

Overall impression: I think a non face-on pic might be better.
Looks like the aircon is set to 3 (or four if you count the roof). It's a shame so much is in shadow - I wonder if fill flash would have helped a little bit?
