Quite a few fence shots this week but in my opinion this is the best, however I find the white "thing" (not sure what it is) on the centre beam slightly distracting.
Great use of black and white. Good detail and light. Very nice angles and cropping. Good contrast. I like this photo a lot. The only thing I don't really care for is the border. A border is used to make a shot look better. This shot really really doesn't need it.

Overall impression: Excellent quality. I wouldn't be surprised with a top 10.
GREAT perspective! wow. Also good job capturing the texture of the wood of the fence/grasses. I think b/w is good here because colors might start to get more confusing. Good DOF, good everything. The first 10 I've given so far and I'm more than half done rating photos.
