It's a great snap, but the lighting's too harsh really to make a 'great' picture on all levels. Taking the colour out may have helped in this case (try b/w to see the effect it has). [6]
lol. Really funny. I love everyone's expression. It might have been better from the other side of the bar though so you could see the dog holding his cigarette...
Composition: nice vertically, but a little too centralised.
Technical: Flash makes the colours a little harsh.
Meets challenge: Pushing it a little. :-)
Overall impression: Fun shot, but not sure challenge-wise.
