Nice shot... the arm on the left threw me a little, and I think the arm on the right couldve been cropped off a bit more.

Very pretty!!!! I think I may like it better with the arm part cropped of so just her dramatic face is the grabbing focal point -- but I really love this anyway!!!

I like the shot, however having the light source more to one side might have added more drama by increasing light and shade.

Was showing her nipples intentional? Or is this an accidental candid? - I think this adds to the interest of the shot. I'm not sure the light really makes this any more dramatic though. More shadows/contrast around her face would have worked well.
