I wanted to make a triptych where the panels would neither be rectangles nor strictly delimited areas. I decided on free flowing diagonals. I wanted to illustrate fog, but ended up with electricity.
Technical: This is a composite of three pictures, edited separately, stacked, and blended in normal mode. Sections of the top and middle pictures were selected and erased to let the middle and bottom layers show through.
Of the three pictures, 2 have minimal editing (mainly histogram adjustment), one has a bit more editing to get the colour shifted towards pink.
I hope this works.

Don't you think for one minute this was not a good idea to put in Tryptich!
I thought it was great. You have been here long enough to know not to allow low scores here to say anything more than high scores. If people can't get past their limitations on thought that should not limit your creativity!!!
Very nice unusual innovative idea. Shows an excellent imaginative design idea.
Great job! hope enough people enjoy out of the box thinking to get this up to the top.
Good luck!!!!!
Poor Ursula. :( An interesting idea for sure but not my one of my favorites of yours. It's okay, you've kind of been monopolizing the top of the ranks these days.
Wow! Just when I thought I'd been through all possible interpretations of "triptych", up comes yours, and blows away all my assumptions. I love this. Great colours too. I keep looking at the whole compilation, and see more and more in it each time....9.
i was afraid of doing something crazy like this - but i like it !!! .. hopefully it will score well even though is is quite non-conventional - the stack and power lines? are effective: 7
I'm curious to see the other comments you're getting. This is interesting, but not what i think of with a triptych, does not seem to meet the 3-hinged-panel descriptin in anyway...I may have to be the out-of the box voter and fight the tide! Seems very digital arty which is not popular here at DPC. We'll see as this is the first image i've voted on. Good luck.
Ummm... That's certainly a completely different approach. It's sort of hard to take the "tri" component of this in, visually... Hell of a creative effort, regardless.
