Hi Kiwi, I couldn't vote in this challenge but this was one of my favourites. I like very much the focus, light, shapes & and symmetry. Great work!

Nice shot. Hard for me to get myself to see this as low key though. There is not alot of "darker" areas that qualify to me. Is a well exposed shot though.
Some are probably saying that this isn't black on black. I think it's very "low key," though. I really like the whole thing. It just seems a tiny bit tilted. I give it a 9.
this is a pretty nice shot. you did a good job getting it to be nice and symmetrical, though the eyes are a bit crooked. the lighting is good and works okay with the spirit of the challenge. i'd like to see a little more contrast (brighter highlights, especially in the eyes). it also looks like it may have been a tad over sharpened in post-processing. i like the crop, also. the only thing really lacking is that it doesn't particularly convey much feeling or emotion in me. it's kind of empty. still a good effort. 6.
I am sorry, but it woudl appear that you have seriously overdone the sharpening on this one - the shadows around the hands really distract fromt he image. (4)
