To me, the foreground looks way too dark and overpowers the rest of the frame. I like the placement of the horizon within the frame and the way that the sky has been captured. A good juxtaposition achieved here.
cool shot... have you thought about cropping it about half way up? i think the bottom is a liittle too underexposed but the top would make a great scene.
I would have done a closer crop of the stuff in the foreground. The stuff in the mid-ground is too far away to really see well, and the sky and trees don't really add much to the picture.
