Post voting note. Thank you all so positively voting and commenting on my photo. This was a first shot where 70-300 tele zoom lens did a good job extracting small crop from otherwise ordinary cityscape. You cannot see industrial buildings to the far left, towers of old town close left and highway getting busy to the right. I was lucky with those birds posing to me. Actually is wasn't easy to make them pose like this - there were other 50+ less successful shots :)

This is a beautiful image. I love the the two birds are soaring toward each other. It must have taken a long time to get them positioned like that. The sun looks so big and I reall like the streaks through it.
Understand, I know how hard it is to get shots like this that is why I was commenting as I did. I know because I shot this one //www.dpchallenge.com/image.php?IMAGE_ID=253381 last friday morning and yes I was up at 4am too. I completely understand and commend you on your shot it is the highest rated landscape picture I voted on and I voted on all of them. Excellent work.
Lovely sunset! Very beautiful sky and I love that I can still see detail in the landscape. The two birds circling really make the shot for me :-) Very well done!
