This picture is well taken, the exposure is good. However, I don't think tilting it added anything to the visual appeal. Most of the picture is a big featureless expanse of grey colored water which is not very pretty. The leaves in the top of the picture are a nice touch but that great big chunk of grey water just overwhelms this picture.
I really like the texture of the water, I don't understand why its tilted though. This would have placed much higher if it had been a horizontal horizen with more landscape.
interestng angle. the picture is a bit small, so you can't see the details very well, if it had been a bit bigger i think that this picture would do better. good job!
