Challenge: The Great Pumpkin Carving Challenge (Advanced Editing IV*)
Camera: Kodak DX4530
Location: Lemay, MO
Date: Oct 31, 2005
Aperture: f2.8
ISO: 120
Shutter: 2 seconds
Galleries: Humorous, Food and Drink
Date Uploaded: Oct 31, 2005

Taken in Macro mode with a 3 second exposure and no flash. I hoped the glow would diminish my bad carving skills! Used one of my daughters halloween necklaces as a last minute touch of color. Happy Halloween. Hope this breaks the fives.

Something very saintly...no, priestly, about this! (Looks a bit like a clerical collar there...helped by the heaven-ward gaze....)

Love the expression. Nice job with the lighting here. The glow ring on the bottom really adds to the shot.

Nice carving job. Highlights do appear blown, this might have benefited from some fill light.
