IMHO, the forground is pretty empty and doesn't give the impression of busy. I think the picture would have been better if you had cropped it behindthe man crossing the street. I'd have also cloned out the cable.

focus seems sharpest on the wire, not the subject. Would be busier if it was open and lots of shoppers, IMO
