I like this very much. It's a nice, simple composition with beautiful soft colors. The focus is a bit soft, especially on the ladybug. The other thing is the top of the weed is cut off. If you had gone up a bit higher you could have (maybe) gotten the top in the frame, and the lady bug would (maybe) be in the lower third. Just something to consider.

Nice shot. The colors, DOF and composition are all good. In fact it looks like the same shots I take. The only thing that would improve it would be if the lady bugs head was not shaded.
wierd. i took almost the same picture 2 days ago. I will say the same thing about this that i did about my own. I should have gotten closer to the bug, but the colors are wonderful.
