way to go on taking a shot that has appropriate grain.this does feel like a hip shooting shot..and i like that about it..not having perfect composition truly reflects the state the man is in..

I like the photojournalistic feel of this picture. I think the grain fits great -- it really enhances it a lot. I'm surprised it didn't score much higher. I think your commenters got much closer to where it should be!

what draws my attention is the feet and shoes for some reason, perhaps because of their motion and direction. I'd like a little more in the frame on top
your shot has some very interesting geometries for me. The woman in the forground and the feet in the background with the crosswalk lines have intriguing shapes. overall i would have wished you waited a bit for "the" shot. his open hand seems awkward and the bottle is a major distraction also he seems a bit too close to the top and him merging with the walker to me isn't a good thing compositionally either. sorry for being critical.
