 I took this at the New England Aquarium. This jellyfish was swimming in a beautiful back-lit tank and was silhouetted against the blue background. I shot hand held with an ISO 800 setting.

Post processing includes:
Curves- darkened the jelly and background a bit
Hue/Saturation- deepened the blues a little
USM
Crop
Resize
Save for web
