I like the simplicity of your composition and technique here. The eyes are immediately drawn to you, then out your arm following to where you are pointing to. Also the colors are simple but effective. (A red shirt would have really made for some nice contrast, I think).
I don't know what any of your settings were, but overall the focus looks just a touch off. To really make this shot stand out from the rest, I think the focus needed to be right on. The lighting is good, and the rest works, but it doesn't seem to be as well focused as it could be.

I like the feeling you've gotten here of a big blue expansive sky contrasting with the green rolling hills. Also, very good DOF. I do wish there was more of you to be seen in the photo, though. Well done overall.

The background and foreground, despite the pointing finger, just don't seem to connect to each other very well. I feel kinda like I'm looking at the windows xp wallpaper with someone tacked onto the side of it.
