oooh! I get it now.. I think you could have worked that better by uhm... like dimming the lights, and maybe sticking your head right over the light, and then you'd really get a halo effect! heheh, it's still a cute photo :)
In retrospect, I should perhaps have called it "Electronic saint" which would have made my intention more clear. Of course the whole saint theme was meant ironically ;)

I think a portrait should reveal some character, or emotion of the model, by showing expression in eyes or other facial features, or body language. Did your picture accomplish that? Yes
