Judging the image by itself I like the way you cropped this. It's not the typical way of shooting mountain ranges. However given the theme of this challenge and especially your title this should have shown more of the mountains. As is their stature/majesty is reduced.
The crop is too tight. This would work so much better as a landscape lay out with lost of space around the red building. The colors could be enriched - maybe it's the light and time of day.
This is a nice concept and a creative take on the theme. Technically, I think this scene could have benefited from a split ND filter. The sky and hill behind the farmhouse are very light, especially when compared to the foreground which seems a little underexposed.
After taking about a zillion mountain shots I finally decided they just never work in portrait for some reason -- even though you'd think it would highlight the height. Then I realised it was about the amount of sky above the peak. Too much sky makes the mountain look much lower than it is. (IMO) 5 and good luck!
