The Annual Hindu Festival was held over 10 days at the Hindu Temple of Greater Orlando. I phoned and requested permission to come and take some shots. It was an incredible experience. The ceremonies were beautiful full of color and smiles. Nobody was ever concerned about the my picture taking and several workers and guests went out of their way to help me. I hope the pleasure I had from taking this photos resonates in the image I am submitting for this challenge.

This is an absolutely beautiful image and it works so well in sepia. I especially love the expression of the girl on the right. Unfortunately, it's not a sharp focus. The best thing to try for future shots is to focus as much as possible on the eyes of at least one subject. Professionals usually measure sharpness if they can see the eyelashes of a subject (of course, this is not always possible with moving subjects). For this scene, maybe shooting at f8 would have helped a bit and locking the auto focus down would have worked abit to improve focus.
such a beautiful photo...wish i could see it with sharper focus. like the choice of color treatment, like the action. makes me want to see what the one girl is looking at...
great idea for this challenge but i think i would have rather seen it in full strong colors and in good sharp focus. very beautiful little girls there. good luck
